Pancreatic problems-scared please read

For the past two months I have been battling extreme fatigue, floating oily stools, epigastric tenderness, occasional back pain, lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks and now extreme acid in mouth.
Testing: ct scan-normal
Abdominal ultrasound: normal
Blood work: low vitamin D
Fecal testing: no bugs but HIGH FECAL FAT- which is what I have been scared of and teing them cause my stools are greasy, smell and float.

I am so terrified that I have Pancreatic cancer. It seems like it is blocking my pancreatic duct and my enzymes cant be released to absorb my fats! How is it that I gave been looking this up for a month and been saying this to the Drs and now they finally tested my fecal fat??? I have two young children and am so scared about this high fecal fat cause it points to pancreas! Especially since I am negative celiac and negative for parasites. I am not sure what to do. Why did the ct scan not pick it up? And why are the Drs not more concerned about my sudden weight loss and fecal fat. I hope someone out there has had a similar problem and it not be pancreatic cancer.....

Well since I have no appetite, I really havent been eating much at all. Def barely Zero fats but yet I am still positive for fecal fat. I mean I just look sick. And the fatigue, forget it. Oh and I have oil randomly pouring out. Disgusting. I cant even sleep right now, just to know its prob my pancreas!

What type of foods are you eating. Sometimes people just can't digest fats properly. I was like this, then I started taking Digest Gold, which is an amazing digestive enzyme. A couple weeks after starting, no more greasy, sticky stool. My stool used to be very yellow, but it has gone back to brown since taking this. Maybe this is something you should try. I got mine on Amazon. Its pretty pricey, but if it helps...
