Severe bloating with lower back pain

I have severe bloating. I look like I'm 6 months pregnant. I starting having severe pain and bloating 4 years ago. Diagnosed with celiac after a rough pregnancy and needed TPN. Felt so much better on the PIC line. My bloating web away and is now back. I am very religious about eating gluten free. The pain is now in back. Very similar to back labor pain. I have 4 children I know this pain. Lol. I also have weakness and slight numbness in right leg when in pain. I am thinking that I either have  blockage or a portion isn't working, plus it's pressing on nerve. Is this possible. Only had endoscope. No other testing done. Could a prolapse do this? Is it celiac and I will continue to be this way regardless of diet? Is I something else? Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you very much for your guidance. Unfortunately my GP is at a loss which is one reason I came here. I haven't considered the hormonal/ endocrine avenue yet. I will try going down that path. I do already have an appointment with my GI and will keep that appointment. Thank you again for your help.

Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult o determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GI/ GU infections/ inflammations, growths/ masses, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities, dietary causes, neuro-muscular causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
