Thank you very much for your guidance. Unfortunately my GP is at a loss which is one reason I came here. I haven't considered the hormonal/ endocrine avenue yet. I will try going down that path. I do already have an appointment with my GI and will keep that appointment. Thank you again for your help.

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult o determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GI/ GU infections/ inflammations, growths/ masses, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities, dietary causes, neuro-muscular causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
