Stomach pain after napping

About 3 weeks ago, I started having stomach pain in the middle and upper middle quadrants of my stomach after napping during the day. I thought it was from eating right before napping, so I stopped that, yet it doesn't seem to help. The pain only happens when I nap during the day, never after waking up from sleeping at night. It doesn't always happen right after I wake up either. Yesterday, it started about 6.5 hours after waking up from my nap, today it started 20 minutes after waking up. I've tried taking Rolaids and eating crackers in case there is some sort of excess acid present, but neither of these helps. The only thing that "helps" is time, but it can take a few hours for the pain to go away. I'm not one that normally gets stomach aches, so this is very concerning. Any help would be appreciated.

I experience the exact same type of pain when I wake up from an afternoon nap.. its extremely uncomfortable. I never considered asking a doctor because I also assumed it had something to do with eating before sleeping...

It has to do with breathing through your mouth while napping. But not sure why it does not happen after a full nights sleep.
