Stool problems

So for those of you interested I have a previous thread because majority of this discussion started on a brain MRI i received. I am still undiagnosed. Im 22 yr old male. Athletic body type. I look healthy from what Im told but I feel so very unhealthy. Im getting worse each week that goes by. This past week I have been have BAD constipation worse than Ive ever had in my life. I went to the ER for this because I thought it was contributing to the "shock" sensation in my left side of chest. My stool for the past couple weeks have been THICK like tar almost. Dark not completely black very dark brown. Smells of something terrible. Worse than rotten eggs, actually makes me gags and want to throw up its that bad. Burns coming out. Comes out with gas. In the stool itself the past 3 times ive been able to go there has been small white seed looking things in it all over.
Not long ago i went again. Consistency of diarreha but a piece of one of the stool had a section that was rounded almost like a bubble and was completely black. rest of the stool was dark brown. didnt get very close to look for white seeds because I almost threw up trying to look.

For the amount of things going on with me, if you read up on the other thread. My primary doctor is trying to tell me Im having "panic attacks" causing the HIGH blood pressure in the afternoon and very LOW blood pressure in the evening when I sleep. The highest ive had it was 170/105 the lowest ive had it after waking up is 89/45. Both with symptoms. My body feels like its shutting down. My last thyroid test came out abnormal. My last CBC came out with a HIGH white blood cell count.
Recently I just seen a Lymes specialist who ordered Lymes Western Blot IgG IgM test (in my albums). Ordered this test even though ive had the ELISA test done but was negative. In certain bands Western Blot done by IgeneX came back positive in some bands. He also ordered a Bartonella blood smear i think what it was (also in albums). This came back showing small black dots attaching to red blood cells "suggestive of hemobartonella" . This specialist believes my symptoms are consistent with Lymes Disease also consistent with two co-infections. Bartonella and babesia.

If anyone has any insight on any of this would be great. For my hospital as probably most. Lymes is uncharted waters.

NOTE: I started taking an herbal supplement called " OIL OF OREGANO ". its suppose to be quite potent.

Now i guess my question would be. These things going on with my bowels. I havent seen my doctor specifically for this issue or havent been tested for blood in stool or anything.

I know the possibilities of parasites being in my digestive tract somewhere. Im assuming oil of oregano is killing these parasites if thats what it is and they are coming out with it.

Any insight on Lymes, Bartonella, and babesia having to do with any of this would be helpful.

Again like i said I have some labs scanned in my albums.

I talk with my specialist tomorrow about these labs, but would like more insight from others.

This bugs (Bartonella, Babesia) should be treated, yes.

My doctor ordered cards to test for blood in my stool. Still in progress.

My stool early this morning was terrible. Not like this past week where it was coming out tarry and dark. This morning came out like diarreha, terrible unusual smell, a dark brown color with some black spots.

My specialist put me on antibiotics because he actually diagnosed me yesterday with having Chronic Lymes Disease with a co-infection of Bartonella, but my doctor says he cant confirm or deny this by the labs we did for it. He also says even if it is Chronic Lymes the treatment for it hasnt been proven to work or be effective.

I just started today on Levaquin 500mg and Omnicef 300mg
also gave me Probiotics to take awhile after the antibiotics to replace the "good bacteria" that is going to be killed off in the process. Specialist put in for Babesia (b. microti, the FISH, and B. duncani) tests through IgeneX the same lab that did my Western Blot IgG and IgM testing.

Dark tarry stool may be blood and this may be from intestinal parasites.

I believe you will get medications for microbes revealed by tests you've had.
