I have "chronic" Epstein Barr virus and yes it can cause recurrent stomach pain.  Have you looked into abdominal migraines or FMF?

They ruled out gyn problem several weeks ago but thanks for your thought.  I am wondering if might be related to past diagnosis of Epstein BArre virus as docs keep mentioning recurrent stomach virus.  Does anyone have any info or experience with this possibllity?  Did some research and their is some data showing this virus can cause recurrent stomach pain.

Any thoughts?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Does it have any relation to her menstrual cycle?  2 things it could be are abdominal migraines or FMF (Familial Mediterranean Fever).
