advice with bloating

Hi folks, i am a 46 year old male.  I have been lucky and have had minor illnesses in my life.  But recently i have had unbearable bloating.  I first noticed this two months ago.  I went to the ER and was told it was just gas.  Xrays were taken and blood work done.  All normal.  Went to my primary doctor and she ordered CT.  CT came back normal.  Few weeks went by and i was still have the bloating.  I was convinced it was my gall bladder.  But an ultra sound came back normal as well after it was ordered.  So i have had Xray, CT, ultrasound, and blood work done.  All normal.  i have tried fasting a few days with just water and still no relief. I have normal bathroom movements, no other symptoms of any kind.  My belly is just constantly bloated. Sometimes more times than other during the course of the day. I am at my wits end.  I am hoping from any advice i could look into as a possible solution that could lead to relief.  thank you for your kindness in any form of advice.
