You could very well be having the gas because of your diet. Try keeping a food journal and eliminate one food at a time. It could be dairy products at first. If you feel no relief doing that then you know dairy is one of the problems. If you do feel relief you know it's a problem. Or, you could start with grain foods like breads, cookies, cereals.
I know this must be so frustrating. I've done this myself to help with my stomach problems and found that I can't have coffee, sugar or high fat foods.
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm really making strides in eating healthier and loosing weight however the uncontrolled gas is really effecting my ability to work and socialize with others. I constantly have to pass gas and when I sit and try to clench my but I can feel bubbles come out. People move away from me and it hurts inside knowing that I have this problem and I can't do nothing about it.
It might help to do a total food make over. Eat yogurt everyday because antibiotics can kill off good bacteria. Since you have a fatty liver you really should have small seeds because the liver has a hard time processing them. Meat is not good for the body. I know people wonder how you will get enough protein if you don't eat meat but other foods contain it. Even Romaine lettuce has lots of protein. Try your best to make your diet as pure as possible. No baked goods, no fried foods and as little meat as possible. If you make your diet mainly plant based you will lose weight, have much more energy and your liver enzymes will most likely go down. Another thing to eat very little of is dairy. Try soy, almond or rice milk.
