discomfort after colonoscopy

I had colonoscopy on Oct. 27. No problems were found. BMs fine. My concern is I am very tender in lower part of my stomach, like where my ovaries were. Had hysterectomy  4 yrs ago. When I go to stand up I feel tenderness, when I go to urinate it hurts. Reminds me of pulled muscle but I know thats not problem.
Any suggestions?
Linda

Hi Linda,

I am wondering did you have a lap to check for adhesions as the pulled muscle your referring to could be adhesions. That is what your description sounds like to me i referred to my as a feeling of being stuck like the way you can get a jumper caught on a door handle and i had lots of adhesions on ovaries and bowel e.tc.and also had discomfort defeacating and urainating.I also had a hyster like yourself as well as other surgeries.
Hope this info might be of use to you.

I had a colonoscopy a few months back as well and had residual discomfort from it for a couple of days afterwards. If it does not go away in a week or so I would worry. You might still have an air bubble or something in there.
