Haven't tried carrot juice yet. I try to avoid all foods with spice....but its almost impossible. Thanks for the tip.
Mainly a reflux diet is about avoiding trigger foods like onions, garlic, peppers (anything spicy), caffeniene (coffee, tea, chocolate) and any personal trigger foods. Some people say that carrot juice helps control reflux.
