green-ish mucus

i few days ago i started having stomach problems. at first my stomach just hurt, like i needed to go to the bathroom. i had a bm and felt better. when i got up the next morning i had the same feeling in my stomach. i tried to go but ended up just having gas but when i stood up there was a white-ish fluid (mucus?) in the toilet. this lastest for about an hour with me feeling like i needed to go then having gas with the fluid. i took some pepto and that seemed to help. today when i went to the bathroom i had a green-ish mucus when i wiped (sorry for the gross details). not a lot just a stringy greenish mucus, along with a little white mucus in my stool. it really freaked me out, and i can't really find anything on the web to help me out. my stomach doesn't hurt anymore just the weird mucus. help!
