blood in stool

i am a 22 year old male, fit no pain at all .i have regular motions and have no irregularity in it. The problem i have is i get some lumps of blood in my stool.usually its black in colour . this blood comes almost on my every nature's call. stool is normal  as it should be(not hard,not black) .i started facing this problem since i started  jogging .i have reduced around my 10 kgs by jogging.
             i have no problems because of this blood(means no pain,no constipation,stomach ache nothing ).i feel fit from inside
.i am concerned as there should not be  blood in the stool .sombody please help.plese suggest wat can be the problem

The medical name for these blackish coloured motions is melena.  You may wish to google this word in order to find out more so that you are more knowledgable when you meet with your doctor.

I agree, it sounds like it is coming from high in your digestive tract.  I might want to talk to your doctor about scheduling a colonoscopy.

The blood in your stool sounds like it is coming from up high in your digestive tract -probably from somewhere in your small intestine. Get this checked as soon as possible! It can be caused by several things, the worst of which would require surgery or IV antibiotics. It is not normal to have blood in your stool and, if something serious is brewing, ignoring it could cost you your life. Sorry to worry you. I hope it turns out to be nothing...~MM
