what is it

On the 10th I had my left overie removed and  I guess when the doc went and did that they said that my right overie was stuck to my intestines wall.
and that my intestines or imflamed i dont know if its the big or small intestines just the ones by your overies. he thinks its cuz of my diet but i go back to him tomorrow for a follow up after my surgery and i guess my mom is going to talk to him about it
and i ve been thinking about it lately iI was throwin up about a year ago and i wasnt makein myself do it but my parents thought i was and they really didnt much of it, and when i did throw up it made me feel better. so i havent really puked for a while but some times i feel like my stomach is on FIRE and i want to cry and i wake up in the middle of the night and i never know when it will  start hurting  and i used to get constipated all the time.
i really dont know if this makes sence but if anyone has went though this like what did the docs do is there anythin that can be done what do you think he will do? and what could it be  thanks juju

Juju, if your intestines are inflammed you need to get to the root of the problem, because it could be number of things, unfortunately. I don't think it has anything to do with your throwing up. Make sure the doc doesn't chalk it up to diet until some tests are done.
