Hi,

This condition is normal.
let me guess ... normal traditional surgery ?

You should note that you are not to lift anything heavier than 1 KG at least for 1 month after surgery.
Pain and discomfort might continue even 1 year after surgery,
General discomfort will continue thrum the next few months.
If you feel largely uncomfortable, a simple echo-graphic check should put your mind at ease.

Your not alone...I have been through this after abdominal surgeries & so has my daughter. It is normal due to the "trauma" your body has been through. When you go through surgery your body goes through an amazing amount of stress...The worst thing I have been through was that my intestines went into shock for a ruff 4 weeks. Have you been back to the dr for your post-op check? It is also possible that you have a bladder infection which is very common after abdominal surgery which could explain your bladder soreness and diahrrea...as far as your appetite-take a multiple vitamin and or drink some ensure to at least get your body some of the vital vitamins & nutrients it needs. I hope this helps...good luck
