Burning, Itching, and swealing Help!!!!!!

I am going crazy. For about a year now I have been having this terrible itching, sweeling & burning on the outside of my vigina mainly at night. I have tried everything on the market & have been to the doctor. They first treated me for yeast and then second time I was treated for bacteria. I am not having any yeast symptoms and no smells just the crazy itching, burning and swealling. The only thing that seems to calm it down is hot wet towel but that only last for an hour or so. I have even treated for atrophic vaginitis as well. I have changed my laundry soap, bath soap, fabiric softner and wear only cotton underwear. Please if anyone has suggest I am will to listen.

I wish I could give you an answer to your question but I don't know what it could be. The only thing I can recommend is doing more research and maybe seeing a different Dr. Take care. Remar
