Stomach Pain, Dizziness, Tingling in face, Rapid heatbeat

Male, 38, 6'1", 300lbs but losing weight the last few months. Ok, how to explain this. It started two months ago after eating breakfast. I became dizzy, light headed then I felt a tingling all over my face with shortness of breath and stomach pain. It lasted for about two hours at that time. Then for the last few months it has been happening about 1-3 times a week. For a few minutes to hours at a time. Mostly in the mornings and occasionally in the evenings. I went to the emergency room about a month ago and by the time I go there I was very sleepy and they said there wasn't anything wrong with my heart. I get tired after each of these episodes. It scares me when it happens, always afraid I will just not wake up if I pass out. I was a smoker for about 20+ years but since this started I stopped completely two months ago. I thought maybe it was the reason for it all but I haven't had a craving or wanted a cigarette for weeks now and I haven't had one sense the end of May. I have no health insurance and have been out of work for a long time. Can anyone let me know what is going on? Or how I can prevent this? I have even stopped drinking caffeinated things.

Where is the stomach pain located? There's a condition called Nutcracker Syndrome (Left Renal Vein Compression) that can cause upper abdominal pain, dizziness, rapid heartbeat (POTS) and fatigue (Nutcracker Syndrome is a known cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).
