Carpet Burn

So a couple of days ago, I was dancing on carpet without socks and got carpet burn, it bled a bit, it’s the size of the top of a pinky finger.
So I put betadine on it and wore a bandaids for a day, it hadn’t developed a scab yet so I let it air out for a couple of hours, it’s still hadn’t gotten a scab so I just put on my socks and went to school as usual, when I came home from school, I took my sock off however the scab had developed and it was connected to the sock, so it ripped off when I took it off, now it’s been a day later and when I took off my sock I found it had gotten a yellowish fluid on my sock and it hadn’t gotten a scab again, it’s like a cling wrappy type of material. It has a brown circle in the middle, followed by a yellow/green circle around it and a red fleshy circle around that. What should I do so that it heals
