see avoiding junk food is good in fact very good but regarding healthy food u say u are having is a doubt.. healthy food doesn't mean cutting out fat totally and carbohydrates totally.. rather a balanced diet would be a better option than healthy food.. ur normal diet should comprise of fibres in a large amount. proteins, vitamins, carbs and a little bit of fat..try working out also coz having healthy food alone won't be of help..  keep your system hydrated drink water... and don't starve your body in any condition.. go for smaller frequent meals than large sumptuous meals.. good luck..
keep posted so that we get the updates...

Can you provide a little more detail?  What junk food are you no longer eating? When you say "started eating healthy" what kind of food are you eating? Are you getting the variety you need?  Are you getting enough fats ( when I eat healthy, I never get enough fat and it makes me feel soooooo blah)? What do you "feeling unwell"?  Is it your tummy? Are you generally feeling blah?

When I shift from eating garbage to eating a healthy balanced diet it takes about a week, sometimes two, before my tummy stops roiling from all the fiber.

You really should work with a doctor or nutritionist when making radical changes to your diet.

Good luck and keep us posted!

It is pretty normal as when u stop junk food, your addiction and cravings make you feel this way. just try eating some healthy raw vegetables and fruits and this will definitely help. i stopped junk foods n felt the same way. i tried this and it helped me a great deal.
