cramping and bleeding.

My last period was Nov 23. I took a home pregnancy test friday jan 3 and my results were postive. I have been having heart burn, and some tenderness in my breast but no other symptoms of pregnancy. I have been cramping for the last two days and today I started bleeding. I don't have a gyn or family doctor.  Should I go to a urgent care or schedule an exam asap.

Yes you should get urgent medical attention.

It is very likely that your body is aborting and if that is the case you will still need medical attention to make sure that your body clears any clots.

Do not blame yourself, these things can happen and it is nature's way if something is not right.

Hope all goes well.

Best wishes.

I would definitely go to urgent care. Could have been a false positive test. Best wishes.
