Constant / worsening fungal infections.

For the past six years I have been batteling with fungal infections (feet, ears, groin) and just recently I have been diagnosed with an infection on my penis and my hands after having had to take some antibiotics. This whole mess started when I was on Enbrel (I stopped taking that) to treat my psoriasis. I know that I don't have HIV since I already got tested for that (fairly recent too). I am just frustrated since every year this problem just seems to get worse, even though I always treat the affected areas, it goes away, and then it comes back way worse just a few months if not weeks later. My doctors primary and dermatologist  keep treating the symptoms and tell me not to worry, but I am. I have no clue what is going on with me and how I may break this horrible cycle. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Were you tested for Candida, this is a type of yeast/fungal infection and it certainly can cause some of the symptoms you are describing.  You can Google Candida and get some very good info on it.
