Diagnosis Help!!!

Diagnosis Help
Please help!  Three years ago I was a hard work manager of several companies and enjoying life.   Today I am a 35 year old that can hardly get out of bed.  So far doctors have been unable to diagnosis.  My symptoms are a scratchy throat, no energy, chills, and low grade temperate.  It feels like I have the flu that last for 4 to 6 months and feel better for a couple weeks between episodes.

My health in general has been good.  I’ve had sever migraine for 15 years, muscle pain, spinal fusion after a burst fracture, high cholesterol, low bone density, and breast implants.

MRI’s found” microadenoma 6mm in pituitary”, most likey“1.1 cm pineal cyst encroaching upon superior colliculus of the tectum” and “small subpleural nodular lesion in lung “likely benign”.  Doctor advice nothing to worry about.

Blood Work:
Slightly low out of Range – Red Blood Cell Count, Absolute Moncytes, Absolute Eosinophils, and platelet count.  White Blood cell count is usually slightly low but has been as low as 2.9
AnACHOICE (R) Screen Positive (Abn:A)
RNP Antibody 1.6 POS (abn:A)

Any ideas?  Please Help!

Your blood work shows that some kind of infection is going on. Did your symptoms possibly start around the time you got implants? I was thinking CFS too but usually you sleep a lot with that. What is the plan for the pituitary cyst? Did they also check your thyroid?  Remar

I greatly apperiate your response.  Do you know if you can have Chronic Fatigue Syndrone but also have insomia.  That's what I question. I feel to sick to do anything but I'm not sleep or tired.  If that make since.

Thanks again.  It's nice having someone listen.
