lump 3 inches under right armpit

my 44 yo husband has noticed lump about 3 inches under his right armpit. I pushed on it to see if he had any pain and he did not but I did notice that is moves and has grown in the last two days....it is not red or hot to the touch.  it is visible when he turns to the side

dont think too long go to the doctor lumps can be very serious.  this could be nothing just a fatty cyst but the doctor needs to check to be sure. mandy876

I suggest you urge your husband to make an appointment to see his doctor to get the lump checked out urgently.

It may be a ganglion or cyst and nothing to worry about, but as it has got bigger over the last few days, your husband does need for it to be looked at and examined by the doctor so that he can get the correct diagnosis and treatment if it is needed.  

We have lymph nodes in the armpits and armpit and breast tissues are connected.  There are some things that need urgent medical attention and this is one of these cases.

he has to be careful with the deoderant and soap he uses it cannot be share with anyone else    also how that can occur check check if he has a visible hair
that instead of sticking out it grows into his skin and causes the lump and the redness. if you see a piece of hair like going in his skin try to find a way to pull it out then you sqeeze the lump to get rid of the puss
