I was shocked years ago during a science experiment to build a miniature electric fence. (Four wood pegs on a board with four nails and wire wrapped around them) Plugged it into a extension chord and into wall(110), instead of the 9 v battery. Was thrown half way acrossed the room. No side effects from that so I think you'll be OK.
You will be fine.
You wouldn't have been able to post any questions had the electric shock had any adverse effect on you.
I have had shocks from the Virgin Box and so did the Engineer once. When I have a problem now and they tell me to unplug the machine at the back, I refuse.
Make sure in future that all electric gadgets are unplugged from the socket before you work on the equipment. Is the equipment OK? You may have shortcircuited it.
Best wishes.
You should be fine. 220 power is the one that would really hurt you. Stove/oven or dryer and your electric panel. Be careful, and unplug always before touching power.
