No, I mean whatever your weight is in pounds (say 150) then half that in fluid ounces (in this case 75) is what should be consumed in a day. If anyone is following the HCG diet, that's already been explained to them, it was just a reminder that it's an essential part of the protocol. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

You shouldn't be feeling that hungry on HCG after the first week; if it's drops you're taking, you may have got given an inferior batch. Try upping your protein portions to 4oz per serving, and increasing your drops to 12-15 each time, plus drink some green tea as a natural appetite suppressant. If all that doesn't work, and you're following the protocol EXACTLY (i.e. half your body weight in water oz per day, right amount of fruit and veg, b12 daily, etc) then maybe you should switch to another brand.
