testing for allergies

I underwent a series of "scratch" tests and tested positive for dust mites.  I did not want to have the 12 'innoculations," six in each arm, to test for further allergic reactions.  Is there a blood test or some other way to test for allergies?

This discussion is related to taking the following meds amitriptyline,atenolol,tramadol,arthrotec75,enalapr.

Thank you!  Wonder why those names were *'d out.

I don't know why the formal name of the "innoculations" you were talking about was removed in my above post.  I used the formal name.  The scratch testing and the "innoculations" are considered more reliable than the blood testing.

Yes, there is blood testing, but from what I can remember from reading, the scratch and ***** tests are the more reliable/accurate. I had them myself a long time ago;12 years ago.
