Have I Contracted an STI or Just a Bacterial Infection?

Hello, I am an 18 year old white homosexual male. I recently had sex for the first time with another male a few weeks ago. Just recently, I have been experiencing what look like small boils and rashes on various areas of my body. I first developed a small boil around my genital area with another small boil on my leg. Then I developed a rash that looked like small pinpricks of blood in a straight line. I also have a purple-red spot on my arm. I have frantically researched and have myself worried that I could have either HIV or a staph infection, though if it is something I would prefer that it is the latter. I haven't experienced any of the flu-like symptoms that are seen with HIV, I have only had the skin abnormalities. My partner hasn't had sex with many people prior(two, I believe) and was sure he had no STIs. We didn't use a condom and he ejaculated during anal sex, so I am much more worried if it turns out that he does have an STI he was unaware about. Are these symptoms or lake thereof common with HIV, or could it be something as minor as a bacterial infection. I'm a little scared that I've made a big mistake. Thank you.

The above poster is right, have a full blood work up. You could have herpes, or any other form of STD.
