Should I see a doctor about frequent headaches?

For the past two years now I have had an intense headache every Monday at 4:00. Even when I went over seas, I got a headache at the equivalent of Monday 4:00 in my home country.

The headache cause me nausea, vomiting, dizziness. It hurts to be in a light/sunny place, and it feels like there’s a lot of pressure in my head. Nothing I take for it works.

I can get headaches like this other times in the week, but even if I have a good week, as soon as Monday comes 4:00 I get the bad headache.

Should I see a doctor about this or is it not bother? (In my country the doctor is very expensive).

Hello~
I am wondering if this could be due to stress and expecting it to return everyday. Our bodies can do strange things, and if you have had a headache long enough at this time, you body might think this is "normal" and continue.

If it continues or doesn't get better, I would see your doctor, it is always a good idea to have things like this checked to make sure all is well.
