I'm having a kicking sensation or pulsating in my stomach

Hi there , I'm writing because for the past little while now I've been having what's best described as a kicking sensation  in the left part of my stomach. I'm a 29 year old male in fair good shape and  It doesn't really matter what I'm doing. I can be sitting or laying or doing something physical and it will start and sometimes feels like there's a knot underneath. Since being tested for an incisional hernia from which I have a few scars on my stomach from a previous accident they have also found out I have an enlarged prostate. I'm wondering if the two are correlated ? The hernia has been ruled out. I've had blood and urine test done . As well I'm waiting on a CT scan. As you can imagine I'm running every scenario through my mind. Any help with similar problems will be much appreciated!!   thanks again for any help
