Infant

My 10.5 month old son has numerous little problems, when he was born everything seemed fine, after  a few months it was found that he had right tortacullus( he gets physio) stridor due to laryngomalacia, severe reflux( he is on prevacid due to numerous choking episodes and low weight) He also is on his 3rd ekg since the left ventricle reading is always high. He had a eccho and the doctor said it looked fine just a small leak in a valve but he said nothing to worry about, he had a abodominal ultrasound since he has a hernia from sternum to bellybutton and now he is to have a ct scan due to his large head size, his body has been 25th percentile and his head off the charts. One of the dr's he saw said if his head size remained large he should see a neaurologist. He has just yesterday started rolling over and trying to crawl, I have also noticed that while he always is moving his hands in circles that now when he is sitting he seems to be shaking his head alot side to side and it almost seems involuntary to me. I am worried about what this may mean. Could you help me with this and also let me know what would be the caused of his left ventricle reading coming back high and what it could mean. Could there be a neaurological disorder,. he seems bright and can pass an object from hand to hand but his sitting, rolling etc. have been delayed. I have also noticed that his hands and feet tend to get very purple. His feet up to his ankles and for the past 4 months his hands formerly just to his wrist now up to his elbow it looks mottled and bright red on top of his forearms like a sunburn. Everytime I ask about this I'm told don't worry it's nothing. I have 3 other children that have all been very healthy so I know that some of these things are not the norm and am concerned.
