Is this considered excessive sweating?

I am a 42 y/o female who had a total hysterectomy with a right oophorectomy (right tube was taken also) in 2009. I was dx with Sjogren's Syndrome in April this year. I am sero-negative so I was dx via lip bx. I also have Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD & Anxiety (both social & generalized) for which I am on daily meds. I will list all my meds later in this post.

For the past two months I have been sweating a lot. Especially at night. On occasion, I wake up and the back of my neck (my hair line underneath my hair) will be soaking wet. This doesn't happen every night but it has happened on more than one occasion. But what I am mainly concerned about is during the night.....I never wake up too hot. But when I wake up nearly every morning my sleep pants are damp. They are not soaked by any means but it is very noticeable.

I should also mention that I sleep with my ceiling fan on high and a table top fan blowing on me also. Oh.....and at least one of my feet sticking out of the covers!! lol I have also noticed that the sweating is starting before I go to bed. We recently got new furniture. It's leather, and I have been sweating every time I sit on it.But it only happens in the evening!!!  No one else in my house has this problem but me. I have tried putting a thin blanket between me and the furniture but that does not help.

Here is a list of my daily meds: (Sjogren's Meds)   Plaquenil......Evoxac         (Bipolar Meds)  Topamax---off label for bipolar......Zoloft......Klonopin---PRN........Vistaril----PRN.......I have been on Plaquenil everyday consecutively since 7/18/16 (this is my 4th attempt at taking it) and I have been on Evoxac 30 mg 3 X a day since April. As far as my Bipolar meds......I have been on this cocktail for about three years now and haven't had a med increase in over a year.
Also currently on a Z-Pack for Bronchitis but I just started that yesterday.

I really don't think the sweating is from my meds......but anything is possible I guess. I see my Rheumy again on 12/12. I recently had a cardio work up and nothing was found to be wrong. I was experiencing tachycardia. My PCP thinks my Sjogren's might be attacking my heart. She (my PCP) advised me to bring this up to my Rheumy next month.

Since my Sjogren's dx I have had a slew of mystery symptoms pop up but this one really has me stumped. If anyone has ANY ideas or input, I would be VERY grateful!
Thanks so much in advance!!

Lisa
