Metformin
I am taking Metformin for PCOS, and I am not trying to get pregnat, will this drug be effective to treat my PCOS. Also how does it help with weight loss.
Lowers muscle's interaction with fat so fat is more isolated and likely be used up by digestive system. (help with weight loss)
As with ANY treatment, it is effective for most people but not everyone. Also, some people do have weight loss as Metformin helps their body use insulin. Again, it varies from person to person.
