Numb tingling spot on stomach

For months now I have had this numb spot on my stomach, left side under the rib. It usually comes and goes, but recently it's everyday, never thought much of it with everything going on, that being said here's a but of my medical history, i have spent 4 years laying in bed taking medication for a herniated disc that caused sciatica, now I know the 4 years of neproxen ruined my stomach cause if I take an ibuprofen now I get a burning sensation in my stomach for a day, if I take ibuprofen and eat something spicy I get a bloated stomach and severe pain in the center of my back, so is this numb spot related to the years of neproxen, or is the something more serious that will cause it. I'm going to talk to my Dr next month when my next appointment is but just wanted some opinions on what it is and if I should see a specialist sooner.

I think it is something related to posture, the way you sit. Maintain a healthy posture. Especially after you take your meals. And that is also related to burning sensations. I found (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Licorice roots as good treatment to those burning sensations.
