Pain in throat

Felt a strange pain in the lower right side of throat. Feeling the pain occasionally, while swallowing saliva not always though . But no pain while drinking water or eating food. Also there is no pain when pressing the throat and the adjacent areas  with fingers. Got TSH test it came 3.84 (in normal range). Whats causing this? Is it anxiety? Cannot feel pain when concentrated in some work

So, you've been to the doctor? How long have you had it?  Did they swab it?

The pain is not there for a whole day but its happening for 10 or 20 seconds and then gone. Its not like sore throat also.
Had it for 1 week . No they didnot. Just a blood test done
Normally when you have a painful throat, they swab it.  Is it red to look at?
No. Everything is normal. But just the pain. I am guessing if the pain is from muscles
