Extreme weight loss within 1 month

I am 5'3, started at 130 lbs. Within 1 month (April) I lost 20lbs, over the last 5 months I have lost another 8lbs (now weight 102lbs). **I am NOT trying to loose weight** I started taking generic wellbutrin in March so I thought maybe that had something to do with it but the doctors don't think so. They have run a bunch of tests and everything comes back normal. I am lactose intolerant and now figured out I am sensitive to gluten (causing bad stomach pains). From April to June I couldnt keep anything down/in me. I would either be too nauseous to eat, throw up right after eating, have diarrhea or a combination of the two. I couldnt even drink chicken broth, the only things that I could keep down were graham crackers and saltines. Since then I am able to eat more things, but on occasion throw up. My appetite has decreased significantly, I have to force myself to eat something even if i'm not hungry. For a month straight (before I figured out my gluten issue) I was eating a bagel or donuts every day for breakfast, getting burgers, anything I could think of that would help me gain weight but it didn't help. I have always been stressed out but haven't been more than normal lately. Also, I do smoke weed, every night or when I am extremely nauseous. It is the only thing that helps so I can actually eat! No one can tell me what is wrong and don't seem to be concerned! Any suggestions?

Look into a condition called Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome (MALS). It can cause upper abdominal pain, weight loss, nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. It's a rarely diagnosed Vascular condition that most doctors are unaware of but it could possibly be causing the problems you're having.
