Please Help with Lactic Acidosis

I'm a high school track runner and consistently have a bad reaction to lactic acidosis. After strenuous running, (hard efforts of 1-2 minutes) I am breathing hard, lightheaded, highly nauseous, and usually vomit. This feels terrible and lasts about 20 minutes. Every other kid doing the same exact workout is totally fine, even the ones who are in far worse shape. I am hydrated adequately, I eat correctly, I have no other medical problems. I was cleared by a pulmonologist, cardiologist, immunologist, and sports doctor. I took two blood tests and nothing came up (besides Lyme's disease which was found to be unrelated.) Is there anything someone could recommend? What doctor is there left to visit? It would mean a lot to me if I could get over this problem.
