Please help me ?

i am 63 years old. I do have high blood pressure but on meds and has been normal. I do have Rhuemtoid Arthritis but has not been giving me any issues. Due to my daughter losing her husband and other issues, i have been taking a lot of stress and that may have been why i lost weight. i used to be 160 lbs but not am 135 lbs.

I also have a fungal infection that comes in my mouth and goes away after i take fungal medicine but it does come back. it started after i had a tooth extracted and since then the white film comes on either side of my cheeks but the burning in my tongue has been there before the tooth extraction. i do have periodontitis and in x ray it is bone loss.

The problem stems back to low stomach acid. In your case, low stomach acid is due to age, stress and an autoimmune disease. My mother's symptoms of low stomach acid were VERY long including acid reflux/GERD, high blood pressure, fungal infections, low vitamin B12, depression, anxiety...

She now takes betaine HCL with pepsin supplements and digestive enzyme supplements with excellent results.

Just to add, high vitamin B12 in the absence of supplementation is a red flag for functional vitamin B12 deficiency. Check homocysteine levels (levels rise due to low levels of B12, folate, B6).
