hi when i going for a number 2 im not straining and eat healthy and it doesnt hurt but i keep poohing blood
Anytime you have blood in your "pooh" you need to get it checked. As others have said it could be a variety of things. You need to go into the doctor soon.

best to tell you doctor, it can be a number of things, such as hemmrroids, fissures, ulcers,polops, ect.. You need to be examined and tested. Blood is always alarming but don't assume you are dying or anything , just get a diagnosis. good luck
