you might honestly want to go to your doctor. it could be something as little as a cramp or something severe, such as, kidney stones, apendisitis, an ovarian cyst etc.. it just depends on how long it has been going on, annd how bad it hurts. i wouldnt wait too much longer to get tat checked out. let me know if that helped. or if i can help anymore with anything else.

Maybe muscle pain, maybe ovarian cyst, other GYN problems, could be stomach/intestinal, could be appendicitis. kidney stones. It's a toss up. At home check: have someone push slowly and deeply over pain area, hold it down, then suddenly release. If the release causes very sharp sudden pain and makes you wince, you probably have some inflammation. Call your MD NOW for advice, or get to the ER.  If you are running a fever of 100 or more, call the MD NOW. Unless you can attribute this to muscle strain, abd pain in a female, especially of child bearing age, should be checked by an MD. Sometimes the symptoms get better for a day, then suddenly you could become very sick. Hope this is a muscle!

This could be a wide range of different things. It could have been from something you ate the night before, may be acid reflux as well, wont hurt to take a few Tums. Or it could be a pulled muscle in your tummy as a result from the way you slept the night before. Something good that may help is doing stretches before you go to sleep and when you wake up. This will help keep things loose for when you lay down to sleep for 7-8 hours. Hope this helps!
