Hello, I am having several issues right now and I dont know know who to see and what it could be, could you help? My symptoms include fatigue, leg cramps, loss of appetite, headaches, abdominal pain and I have not had a menstrual cycle since last october. I have had pregnancy tests and I am not pregnant. I have also tried different types of birth control and it didnt help. Please let me know what to do.

There is something definitely going on with your ovaries.  I would recommend having the GYN rule out PCOS.

I have seen a doctor and had bloodwork done and they forwarded me to my gynecologist who I see on Tuesday. Pregnancy test was negative and everything came back normal. I have been having these issues for so long and last year they did a colonoscopy and got nothing from that. I just want answers, not test after test that does not work. The pain is right below my belly button on my left side.

Yes, you need to see your Dr to have tests done. It's sounds like you may be low on potassium, that can cause muscle cramps and fatigue.
