Severe stomach problems.
I am a 21 year old female with severe stomach pain. I eat too little for my age and weight yet i have a large bump as if i'm pregnant and stretch marks. When i eat a little, my stomach stretches and it hurts. I have a constant tightness in my stomach.
Could this be a cyst or tumor? I don't think its fat because i get enough exercize and eat too little.

I didn't have it a friend did and she had a large ovarian cyst like the size of a volley ball! She was fine after they took it out. How big is your lump? Is it spongy or hard? Any lump needs to get checked. I would see a doctor tomorrow. Let me know what they say. They may get an ultra sound.
