Should I seek help for septic bursitis? I have amoxicillin.

I have history of hip issues age 28. Have have hip bursitis prior.

Battling a sore throat for 2 weeks and recently developed severe hip pain again for no apparent reason ie:. Over use injury or otherwise.

I am almost certain my bursitis is septic caused by my throat ailment. I have started a regiment of amoxicillin per the doctor.

Should i stay the course and evaluate the severe hip pain as i take the amoxicillin or go to the ER /doctor

Note: currently very difficult to walk without tylenol and nsaids

Thanks
