Hi,
Did you know when you quit smoking your metabolism slows a lot? Did you know that it even slows the rate your bowels process?  There is a lot more to quitting smoking than most think.  I have been so uncomfortable at times I checked a chart on the internet that showed information week by week on what happens to your body after you quit smoking.  I understand the weight gain, you must exercise and get a better diet or the weight gain will continue as your metabolism slows quite a bit.  Good luck and thanks for sticking to not smoking.
