Strange constant Headache

I am 19 years old and in college, and I have been having these strange headaches. They have been happening for about a month in a half. It is a dull to moderate pain. It dosen't keep me from doing my everyday runtine. I get them in my forehead, temples, top/back of head ( only in small spots and it is not long), and behind my eyes. My dotor said it dosen't sound like a tumor or an anyerisum, she said it may be a sinus problem. I am taking Nasonex but no help. Also ibprofen and suedfederine don't help me any. I do have a HIGH ANXIETY problem that is what my counseler tells me, so it dosen't help me when I countiuoesly think and worry about it. Anyone know what type of headache I have or what it sounds like????

I should have worded that differently. My doctor said based on what I am saying, and the fact that the headaches are not sevre. She highly doubts that it is any of that.

" My dotor said it dosen't sound like a tumor or aneurysm" Tell your doctor you would like an MRI of your brain! Hopefully it isn't a tumor I had headaches and my MD sent me for an MRI
and it was a none malignant tumor.

I am wondering if it is stress or if you clench your teeth (maybe at night).
