Tension headache, need help

I have been flexing my brain muscles or I should say temple muscles, it’s hard to explain. But I’ve done it over and over due to ocd. Last night I felt a buzzing around my whole head it didn’t hurt. But after that I felt pain in my right temple. It didn’t last too long but all day today I have felt pressure on my head especially near my right temple. I believe it’s due to me flexing the muscles so much. My right temple felt pain in the day but just minor pain, what should I do about this. I’m relaxing and just took ibuprofen.

Sounds like you need to work on that OCD.  Do you see a doctor for this?  Hopefully so and receive treatment.  All sorts of things can give us a tension headache especially if we are tense.  :>)  Hope the relaxing and ibuprofen helped.  Talk to your doctor about the ocd/anxiety. good luck
