Theme park troubles help
So I'm 15 and today I went to a theme park with my friends and we had a great time! That was until a second ride on the swinging ship finally got to me and I started to feel dizzie. I sat down for awhile and continued the day with about 4 more roller coasters till I just couldn't handle this headache and nausea I had, at one point I tried to go puke to feel better but nothing came out (I had only eaten a yogurt and some French fries and plenty of water).
I've taken a headache pill but it's been HOURS and it hasn't worked at all :( On top of that, i had also gone swimming at the park and it's my second time wearing a tampon too and I'm kinda worried I'm getting TSS symptoms or it's just the roller coaster symptoms.
I need some help on what I should do or medicine to take
