To many pains..

Hi there, i am having problems lately with pains, it all started with my lower left side of my back hurting which has been this way for over a week, last 4 days, it seems to be wanting to hurt other places, my knee and left leg, seems to be constantly hurting now, my left arm sometimes, my stomach on the right side sometimes, i have dizzy spells and sometimes my heart races a lot and having issues with using bathroom, not being able to go... Can anyone tell me what could be wrong, and whats needed to be done?

You definitely need to see your PCP.  This could be a number of different things.

Hello it sounds as though you have injured your left back somehow which will extend into the leg, knee, and arm sometimes, as well.  The right side issues may be from the over compensation of avoiding the left side or as sunny2810 mentioned an infection of some sort. The dizziness may be related to the pain or possibly blood pressure.

You didn't specify whether it was the bladder or bowel that you are having an issue in going.  If it is the bowel it could be from the pain medications if taking any for your pain.  Taking 2 Peri Colace tablets nightly and 1 ducolax tablet if you haven't gone within 3 days should help remedy this issue and constipation can also cause your heart to be racy, as well.

I recommend you seeing your doctor to determine the cause of your pain and once it's under control everything else will most likely subside too, except the constipation if that's what your having.  As long as pain medications are being taken it will most likely be an issue and the Peri Colace/Ducolox should help.    I Hope This Helps & Good Luck.

if you are finding it hard to go and are having lower back pain you could be suffering from an infection such as a bladder, urine or kidney infection. i suggerst you go and see your doctor who will take a sample of your urine and send it off to hospital to be tested. if you have an infection your doctor will prescribe antibiotics. your doctor might give you some cream or painkillers to help with the pain. drink alot more you could also be dehydrated and add some moer fibre into your food such as weetabix. fiber helps you to go. also if you like cranberry juice that should help aswell.
