Unexplained Weight Loss

Over the past two weeks I have lost over 14 pounds. I typically range around 165 so I have dropped to 151. I've been eating plenty of food, fatty foods like pizza, burritos, pastas with butter n creme sauces, tons of beef. I typically eat a much healthier diet of lean protien, fibers, and whole wheat carbs.  I have not been going to the gym on a regular basis like normally over the past three weeks. Typically I'd go 5 times a week to lift weight and typically 30 mins of cardio, but I've been down to 2 times a week.

My other symptoms that I'd typically ignore without the drastic weight loss have been....
-I feel a little run down, slightly off, not 100% normal.
-I have been under a lot of extra stress of late
-Post nasal drip causing a mild sore throat but I've had that for about a year off and on.
-A slight uneasyness in my longs after a deep breath.
-Lymphnodes swollen in my groin area for over 2 weeks.
-Hot and Cold flashes
-Slight diherra off an on. I feel like it was after nights that I went out drinking though.
-Indigestion after after big meals that I typically didn't have before.
-Feeling like I have to do a bowel movement more often.
-Slight ache in the middle of my back, and over the past weekend an intense pain in my lower back on Saturday night out of no where for any reason which was gone by Sunday night.

I went to the doctors today and she had no idea what it could be but did say possibly an STD, Cancer, Lyme Dieases, Cancer, Heart issues.....she ran a bunch of blood tests which I'm waiting to hear back on, and also ran an ekg and testicular cancer screening, both were fine.

I had all my STDs tests a month and half ago; they came back clean. Since then the only person I've been with is my girlfriend who I have been having sex with since December. Anyone prior to her was in July so it is very unlikley it is any STD issues unless I contracted them from my girlfriend and they were dormante during my most recent test. She hasn't had symptoms of any STDs though.

Another fact is typically twice a week I will binge drink twice a week, but that has been cut down over the past 6 months from typically 3 to 4 times a week.

Does anyone have some suggestion on what the unexplained weight loss could be from....

Have you been tested for Diabetes? Unexplained weight loss is one of the signs, also increased thirst. Drinking, especially to the degree that you have indicated will only make it worse. The sugar in the alcohol could be throwing your whole system off.

I hope you get some answers soon!
