biofeedback classes that taught me how to breathe properly. I was always breathing the flight or fight response way like short of breath instead of a more relaxed deep breathing combo. It helped me a lot.

Well, if you have been exercising a lot more than usual then it could just be from the exercise.

I beban the gym a month hago, but had los 5 rounds before it. Aldo, lince my mother is nos diabetic, the good is lighter Noé, I do not know if that influencies but I did not notice it. Well, besides cancer, there are a variety of reasons you could loss weight.
The thyroid is one ., Hyperthyroidism. You should get your thyroid checked. Also, do you have any symptoms of intestinal or bowel pain and diarrhea? if so you could have celiac disease , which is wheat gluten intolerance, or chrons disease, colitis. Other things that could be causing loss of weight are diabetes so you could get your fasting blood sugar checked, HIV, depression, and TB. and 7 pounds is a lot but not that much. I would get it checked. Do you have pain anywhere in the body? I would see a doctor.
