Weakness from not eating?

Is it possible to get a mild fever and muscle weakness due to a lack of eating and drinking throughout the day and most of the night?

Muscle weakness a most definite.  The fever, possibly, if this is not a one time occurrence of not eating - when you don't eat or drink properly, your body is not receiving the nutrients it needs and therefore, is less able to fight off viruses and bacterial infections.
