Would I need to see a doctor after this experience and what caused this

I made a careless  mistake and went drinking yesterday on am empty stomach on my way leaving to go home I happend to have passed out I was walking home and next I remember is a heavy thud on the back of my head, which means  my head hit the concrete floor, my friends came to help; when they got to me they said my eyes were wide open buh I was just  staring into the sky there was no response nothing they tapped me to wake up but no  response, they said I was out for about a minute before they splashed water on my face and I picked up consciousness. I was very dizzy, and I kept loosing memory and seemed to not make much sense in speech at the time, it took about 15 minutes before I could become stable and go home, though I was still loosing my memory this morning but I seem to be normal now. What could be the cause of the memory loss, and my eyes just being open but I was out cold, also I feel heavy pressure on the back of my head  and my neck hurts. Should I see a doctor or it's nothing?

Well, that's a bad buzz!  First, that kind of drinking is just flat out not good for you.  That you also had a head injury combined with your intoxicated state . . . those two together gave you the issues of memory, speech, etc.  YOu could have a brain injury or concussion.  See your doctor to determine this.  I would definitely do that and if nothing else, you have a concussion baseline exam for anything that happens in the future.

Again, I don't think what you experienced was just the fall but your drunken state.  But you probably did also get a good bang to your head that I'd want to make sure was okay.  Let us know what they say!
