Would my cut be closed

If I got a scratch 3 days ago from my cat. It bled for a very short time and is like one inch long, not deep, and I can't even measure it's diameter because of how small. I kept it covered the day I got it and the two days after, but now it's not covered. Would there still be an opening to my blood stream

If the cut is closed and scabbed, then no, there is no opening from the outside of your body to the inside / your blood stream.

However, if your concern is infection, there is a small chance that bacteria trapped inside the cut could make its way into your blood stream.  If your cleaned it after it happened, it is not red, swollen, warm, painful, or draining , and appears to be healing you will most likely do just fine.

Is there something specific that you are concerned about?

I'm not concerned about infection I'm more so concerned about outside viruses and bacteria entering. Most specifically I have in irrational fear of Hepatitis

I put alcohol on it the day it happened and just frequently wash my hands but nothing other than that. Would it still be closed off to my blood stream
